Mikaella Mikaelian

Mikaella Mikaelian is an artist, dancer, and fashion jewelry designer. Born in Yerevan, Armenia, she trained at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and graduated from the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet in St. Petersburg.

After moving to the United States in 1994, she continued her career as a dancer, choreographer, and cultural organizer. In 2006, she began creating custom fashion jewelry.

From 2010 to 2012, she was invited to Moscow to join the Estet Jewelry House as a fashion jewelry designer, where she led the development of a high-end line of one-of-a-kind handcrafted fashion jewelry.

Since 2020, Mikaella has focused on painting, working in mixed media. In 2025, she held a solo exhibition featuring her paintings and original handcrafted fashion jewelry. She has participated in exhibitions including the 2023 and 2024 Art Expo in Yerevan, the international World Art and Craft Exhibition in 2025, and a 2026 exhibition with the Glendale Art Association, among other exhibitions.

Her work is defined by rich textures and vibrant color, exploring movement, balance, and emotional
